The Leonia Sports Boosters promote competitive sports interest among the young Leonians of school age and through them increase community sports interest among all Leonians.

We accomplish this in the following ways:

• Partnering with the Leonia Recreation Commission in the development and operation of its many sports programs, coaches, officials, training personnel and where possible, additional equipment will be supplied to that organization.

• Encouraging, developing, and entering Leonia sponsored teams in the many Bergen County sports leagues (travel baseball, softball, basketball, etc.) through financial aid to subsidize entry fees, officials' dues and athletic equipment.

• Supporting the Leonia Board of Education and the athletic staff of the school system with aid to develop strong competitive Leonia teams in all sports.
